Ding, dong... Delivery!
The Daily Blossom delivers to Perth & surrounding suburbs. We only make one attempt at delivery per order, which is one of the reasons why our price is so very reasonable. All prices INCLUDE delivery.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:
Please ensure someone will be able to accept the order if the recipient isn't available or there is no mailroom/reception or the front door is not a main thoroughfare.
All orders are on an 'Authority to leave' system with our delivery drivers.
If an area is not deemed safe to leave, the sender will be contacted to arrange another option, this is at the expense of the sender to do so.
If we are not able to reach you on your provided contact number or email in a suitable time-frame for our drivers, the order will not be able to be re-delivered on the same day. For flowers that will mean a new arrangement will need to be created & paid for. For plants & gifts, they may be re-delivered at an additional delivery cost.
Delivery is between the hours of 9am and 5pm, 6pm for residential at the latest. We cannot advise nor guarantee an exact ETA. Please do not request as refusal may be awkward.
Business delivery addresses must be either stated in the shipping address, or added a a note at checkout. Please ensure the business will be open until 5pm before ordering.
If you have any tips to assist with the delivery process, please remember to include them with the correct delivery address in your order. It is your responsibility to make sure you have given us the correct address & name for the recipient under SHIPPING on your order. Please don’t enter your name & address under shipping unless the flowers are for you. BILLING is for your details in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
All requests for song, dance or any other activity outside our normal delivery process will be ignored.
We love trees & we love the environment, so all correspondence will go to the e-mail address you provide in your order. Paper bills will not be sent. If you require an Invoice Tax receipt for business purposes, please reply to your confirmation e-mail to request as we are more than happy to provide on request.
We deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday excluding Public Holidays ( Also available Mothers Day & Valentines Day - Special packages will be made available for pre-order & delivery for those days).
By placing and order with us you are agreeing to these delivery terms.
Where is my order?...
As soon as your order has been delivered our driver will send you a Confirmation of Shipment e-mail with a link that says 'View Your Order" click on that big button & you will see a tracking number that describes whether your order has been delivered, delivered to front door, delivered to reception etc. So you know when & how delivery was made.
Please don't request ETA's as refusal may offend. Our drivers & the safety of other road users is understandably paramount. We won't endanger anyone to try & meet an advised time of delivery & thank you for your understanding.
It's 5pm/6pm & you can't see a shipment confirmation... Don't forget to check your junk mail... Technology can be a little overzealous in organising our lives for us sometimes.
We deliver in a 35km radius from our Hamilton Hill studio. If you are having trouble ordering to your chosen suburb, especially if you have used our service before, please contact us to see if we can fit your address into the run or point you in the direction of a florist who can help.
